Create a standard named folder like new folder
Why do you have an installation folder?
If you already have a site then use Akeeba to create a backup and kickstart,php site ( https://www.akeeba.com/products/akeeba-kickstart.html ) to unpack the site in Wamp's \www\newfolder
or if you are installing a new Joomla
Unpack the Joomla full package zip in Wamp's \www\newfolder
Then point your browser at
localhost/newfolder
